About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated SaaS Link Building Specialist to join our growing remote team. If you enjoy building genuine relationships, spotting smart link opportunities, and making SEO strategies come to life—this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in improving our clients’ search visibility through high-quality link acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in link building—preferably in SaaS or B2B.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and backlink strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, Hunter, Snov, or similar.
  • Excellent written communication and outreach skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Research and identify link opportunities from relevant blogs
  • Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and find gaps or ideas to reverse-engineer.
  • Conduct cold outreach to secure guest post, brand mention, and link placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with writers to assign guest post topics aligned with link opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external link partners and other SEO professionals.
  • Keep internal campaign sheets updated with link status and performance notes.
  • Provide monthly reports and insights on campaign progress.
  • Stay updated with Google’s link guidelines, SaaS industry trends, and outreach best practices.
