We’re looking for an SEO Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to help us scale our organic growth engine through strategic outreach, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
This is a full-stack outreach role where you’ll go beyond basic link building. You’ll be in charge of discovering new websites, running targeted outreach campaigns, and bringing in high-authority guest post, link building and brand mention opportunities — not for a quota, but for long-term growth.
You’ll work directly with our SEO team and get deep exposure to advanced SEO, outreach, and content marketing systems that drive real results.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
→ Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO outreach (agency experience preferred)
→ Are proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Apollo, Hunter, Saleshandy, Instantly, and ClickUp
→ Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
→ Know how to find and qualify prospects across SaaS and B2B niches
→ Can write outreach emails that get responses without sounding robotic or spammy
→ Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
→ Have a learner’s mindset and actively explore new tools or workflows
→ Identifying and qualifying new outreach opportunities across SaaS categories
→ Using research and tools to build prospect lists and clean contact data
→ Running outreach campaigns for guest posts, link exchange partnerships, brand mentions, and content partnerships
→ Writing personalized email sequences for different ICPs
→ Tracking all outreach and partnership activity using ClickUp and Google Sheets to measure progress.
